En vipparm är en komponent i förbränningsmotorer, en vipparm är en spak som överför radiell rörelse från kamloben till linjär rörelse vid tallriksventilen för att öppna den. Eftersom armen påverkas av en kamaxellob, öppnar den antingen en insugnings- eller avgasventil. Detta gör att bränsle och luft kan sugas in i förbränningskammaren under insugningsslaget eller att avgaser kan släppas ut under avgasslaget.
